As a recent graduate with concurrent degrees in Public Relations and Environmental Studies, I specialize in strategic communications and environmental trends for Ketchum’s sustainability team. I currently work on the sustainability accounts for Nestle, Walmart and Sunrun, in addition to my extensive client facing work with Habitat for Humanity Greater San Francisco.
Before coming to Ketchum, I primarily worked with non-profit and environmental groups within Oregon. I lent my talents to Food for Lane County (FFLC), a large-scale Oregon food bank, as a marketing intern; in my time with FFLC, I single handedly produced, filmed and edited a video that brought in $132,400 for the non-profit at its largest annual fundraiser. I also organized a “Rally for the Alley” campaign with a local architect to do green redesigns of alleyways in Eugene, Oregon, garnering community and business support before successfully getting city council’s approval and funding for the project. Some other achievements include extensive efforts with Greenhill Humane Society for its public outreach, working in Legislative and Public Affairs for the South Coast Air Quality Management District (SCAQMD), working as an event planner for the Ford Alumni Center, serving as Oregon’s Public Relations Student Society of America (PRSSA) vice president, and winning the Liz Cawood award for Community Service and Public Relations for the state of Oregon.
